Erin Lucarelli’s career in design began at age 8 when she won first place in a Michaels store coloring contest and was awarded a $100 shopping spree. She went on to gain entrance into an invitational math competition, which should tell you everything you need to know about the type of designer she is—one with a youthful competitive streak, apparently.

Now, Erin is passionate about enabling simpler, smarter, and more equitable living through design and technology. True to form, she is a generalist who works across domains, from visual design to vision setting. Her approach is fueled by the belief that the best product experiences are centered on the customer, informed by data, supported by research, and rooted in brand strategy and storytelling.
